Those with information should call sheriff
Camp County Sheriff John Cortelyou was notified of an apparent homicide on Nov. 6 just before noon. The deceased is Makayla Goodson, 21, a Camp County resident who was initially discovered by her boyfriend. Ms. Goodson had been shot several times.
The Sheriff invited the Texas Rangers to assist in the investigation.
