Amber James named ATCOG’s Telecommunicator of the Year

    At Tuesday night’s meeting of the Mount Pleasant City council, one of Mount Pleasant’s own received a tremendous honor, being named the Ark-Tex Council of Governments’ Telecommunicator of the Year.
