A commercial and commodity processing food show was held at Region 8 Education Service Center on Thursday. The food and beverage items qualified for use in the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, and Smart Snacks. Attendees were encouraged to rate the food on a scorecard according to appearance, flavor, texture, and “would you order”.
