    On Wednesday, July 2, a man was arrested as the suspect in a hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist.The hit-and-run fatality happened on Tuesday, July 1. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Titus County dispatch got a 911 call about the incident around 8:40 that evening.
